Jonah Mendoza (He / Him / His) is a Houston, Texas born and raised singer, actor & enthusiastic mover.
Lauded for his quick and witty sense of humor, yet stoned faced exterior, Jonah has played some of the funniest and even some of the most reserved roles on stage and in front of the camera. Jonah loves to tell impactful stories, and enjoys the journey of bringing people together to share & experience art.
“Jonah is an incredibly gifted artist and he is so dedicated to his craft; He doesn’t have to say much to get your attention,” (Texas Courier)
My mission: As an artist, my goal is to deliver organic & honest performances that will not only reach audiences emotionally, but that will also enrich the power of whatever story I’m helping tell. I strive to create art that is inclusive for POC and to amplify Latino representation both on stage and in film.

“Gomez Addams, played by Jonah Mendoza, keeps this show moving superbly, with a mix of debonair attitude and sly humor. Acting, singing, dancing… he does it all!”
Paul Dymkowski KROS Review, Clinton, IA
“Gomez Addams (a fantastic Jonah Mendoza) was everything you expected this famed patriarch to be. Mendoza was riveting. I loved how energetic he was and how he tried to appeal to both Wednesday and Morticia’s sensibilities, which kept him trapped in the middle between the two women he loves. I was particularly impressed with Mendoza’s ability to do voices and hit every joke with exactly the right inflection to make them extra-funny. Kait Auburn (Morticia) and Mendoza had great stage chemistry, to boot.”
